From Thursday, Oct. 22 - Sunday Oct. 25, complete a 5K, 10K (run or walk), or a workout of the day that will be posted in the group. Take pictures of yourself completing the challenge and post them here in the group, or on Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #91RUNderWomen so that we can find all of your pictures and see you!
